We kindly ask applicants who submitted their work to check their inbox for the decision letter.
If you do not receive the notification email by 23:59 on 31st July 2025 (Japan Time), please email the Symposium Committee at youthsym.ircy.info@gmail.com.
Both presenters and audience participants are required to register in order to participate in the Symposium.
