Helix is pursuing a doctoral degree at The University of Tokyo, Japan, supported by the “Fostering Advanced Human Resources to Lead Green Transformation” project, a programme for “Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by Next Generation” of Japan Science and Technology Agency. He is working on multiple research projects while his main field of focus is Comparative Politics. His research spans from statistical and qualitative analysis to policy and discourse analysis. His recent publications are related to the promotion of human rights in East Asia.
