Symposium Venue
This symposium will take place at the Komaba Campus (Building No. 18), The University of Tokyo.

Registration
The registration desk is located in Room 4, 4th floor, Building 18, Komaba Campus, The University of Tokyo.

If you would like to join as audiences, please complete the registration form in advance.
Panel Design
The panel length varies across the program. Please check the program structure for details.
Each presentation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Presenters should arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before their panel start time.
Following the presentations, the panel will enter a discussion session that will include time for Q&A related to each presentation. A staff member from the East Asia Young Scholars Association will moderate this session.
Code of Conduct
We kindly ask all participants to be respectful of differences in views and experiences during the symposium. This symposium is designed as a safe space where diverse perspectives can be shared and explored.
As this is an academic symposium, the recommended dress code is ‘business’ or ‘business casual’. Suit, jacket, and tie are optional.
